Consultations are available in Japanese and English. Please contact us before your visit — the clinic sees patients by appointment only.

FIRST VISIT

What happens at your first visit

  1. Consultation & examination

    We review your dental history, examine the tooth or teeth of concern, and explain the treatment options, cost, and expected number of visits.

  2. Treatment day

    For same-day CEREC ceramic restoration, treatment can often be completed at this visit or a following visit, depending on what was agreed at consultation.

  3. Follow-up

    A follow-up visit is scheduled to check the restoration and your bite.

How to request an appointment

Please email info@kazama.dental in English or Japanese with your preferred dates and a brief description of your concern. We will reply to arrange a consultation.

Please note

  • The clinic is private fee (out-of-pocket); Japanese national health insurance and most overseas insurance are not accepted. See Treatments & Fees for cost details.
  • Please contact us at least 3 days in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • The clinic does not treat patients who require removable dentures for age-related care needs, or paediatric patients.
  • Cash, credit cards, e-money and QR-code payments are accepted.
