Treatments & Fees

All treatment at this clinic is private-fee (out-of-pocket). This page covers the clinic's main treatment, same-day CEREC ceramic restoration.

CEREC

Same-day CEREC ceramic restoration

The tooth is scanned, the restoration is designed on screen, and it is milled from a ceramic block and bonded in the clinic — in many cases within a single visit.

Treatment
Removal of decay and preparation of the tooth, optical scan, design, milling, try-in, adhesive bonding, and bite adjustment, in a single visit where possible.
Fee
Private fee, JPY 198,000 for the CEREC glass-ceramic restoration (5-year warranty), plus a first-visit consultation fee of JPY 28,000 and a follow-up fee of JPY 5,500. National health insurance is not accepted.
Duration & visits
In many cases, completed in a single visit of about 1–2 hours. Cases requiring root canal treatment, a rebuilt core, or multiple teeth may take more than one visit.
Main risks & side effects
The restoration can fracture under strong impact or grinding/clenching. Temporary sensitivity is possible after treatment. This method is not generally suited to bridges. Cases needing close colour-matching to neighbouring teeth may not be completed in one day.

This treatment does not use a temporary restoration or removable impression material — the tooth is scanned directly, and the same finished restoration is bonded on the day it is designed.

Other ceramic treatment options, including bridges and veneers, may also be available depending on your case. These are discussed individually at consultation.
